Who is the program for?
Target candidates include senior professionals in HR with relevant experience in operational and strategic areas
What is the value of the program?
Program introduces certification exam candidates to HRCI standards and requirements of SPHRi qualification, gives an overview of best HR practices, models, exam themes and terms, provides practice exam items. Participants go through the self-assessment questionnaires to identify certification readiness and leadership competencies gaps.
How long is the program?
The preparation course consists of 15 online / 10 self-directed sessions per 90 minutes
What is delivery mode like?
Professionals are engaged in online lectures and concepts' presentations, practical exercices, personal development activities, self-directed learning activities (tests, self-study, learning by teaching, terms drilling, project tasks)
